IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 2 VACCINE DOSES, THIS HES CODE WILL BE INVALID AND WILL NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE EITHER: A PCR TEST WITHIN 72 HOURS OR 2 VACCINE DOSES TO ENTER THE UNIVERSITY – IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EITHER, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE UNIVERSITY. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

For Newly Registered Foreign International Students:
- Write HES and your ID number (Turkish ID number/Residence Permit Number) and leave a space between them. They can receive the code by writing the number of days for which the foreigner’s identity number (Turkish ID number/Residence Permit number) will be valid, year of birth and HES code should be valid, and by sending an SMS to 2023. (Sample SMS: HES 99885632145 1985 360)
- After sending the SMS, the HES code connected to the IS 99 TS will be sent to the person.
- Our staff and students can register the incoming HES code information with their 99 Turkish Republic Number at https://heskod2.yasar.edu.tr/smarthescode/home.faces.
